About Us

At Soul Food Cafe every soul is precious and has a unique story to tell.  We believe that despite living in an age of distraction and discontent the soul yearns for deeper meaning and connection – perhaps more than ever!

Soul Food Café is a mind and soul training organisation.
Soul Food Café started in 2017 and it has been growing ever since in size and support. Part of the training was used successfully for many years to train health professionals at university. Now, Soul Food Café offers a training platform aiming to address the loneliness epidemic and growing mental health crisis.
The idea behind Soul Food Café is to create community-based peer support groups where you can connect with others on a deeper level, reflect on your life and grow with friends. These groups are not run by professionals. It is for anyone who likes to meet regularly with friends for ongoing support and experience intentional soul talk conversations.
